DSC Radiology Building
The DSC Health Science Building had their open house today, so I thought I would get some pictures. Some of the DSC Radiology students dinking around in their new classroom - Slackers !
They have Konica Minolta PACS system - the same that Hurricane Clinic uses.
One of their rooms has a wall bucky that will pivot out to 90 degrees.
LUCKY !!
They also have a venipuncture arm, and also a hand to practice venipuncture as well.
There are a couple of nice big classrooms and a darkroom as well. Nice facility and equipment.

Karen's Birthday Dinner
Happy Birthday Karen
A group of us got together for Karen's Birthday. We had a great dinner and had so much fun looking through Karen's old pictures. WOW! What a fox. You should have seen them. There was one of her on her safari in Africa. Karen has done many great things in her life and worked as an educator, owned a pharmacy, and in radiology. Karen has been such an asset to the radiology dept. Many of us have learned and continue to learn so much from her. Thanks for all you do Karen, we are so lucky to be your friends and coworkers. We love you.
